Hobby users must ensure proper technical understanding before installation. No returns will be accepted for user-induced damage.

The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product. The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Order Acceptance

The Company reserves the right to: i) accept orders from any the User at its sole discretion ii) cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
The Company reserves the right to restrict orders to certain geographical locations based on its internal policies. Users are advised to check for pincode delivery availability before placing an order.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, India.
