RETURN POLICY

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all products sold by the Company. .

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MoQ)

Certain products are subject to MoQs as mentioned on product pages. Partial returns are strictly not permitted.

3. Eligibility for Return

  1. Returns are based on the category of products purchased by the User. The Company reserves the right to apply conditions of Return as it deems fit. 

  2. Returns are not acceptable under the following top categories as per the definition of the Company: 

    1. Fasteners

    2. Electromechanical Components

    3. Bearings 

    4. Electronic Components 

  3. Returns under the Category Tools: 

    1. Returns are accepted under Tools only on the condition that the tools have not been opened, tampered with, and the original packaging is intact with all the manuals, accessories and user information. 

    2. A restocking fee of 30% would be charged for any restocking such as change of mind if the Tool has not been opened and the packaging is intact. 

    3. User is eligible for return if manufacturing defects are found on arrival and User applies for return within 2 days of delivery with ample videographic and photographic evidence of the defect. The Company in such cases reserves the right to peruse this on a case by case basis and allow for refund only in genuine cases. 

    4. Users are advised to carefully peruse the datasheet and secondary information available on the tools before purchase. 

    5. Returns and refund will not be applied for cases where: 

      • the product shows physical damage caused by User misuse, 

      • Manual, accessories are missing

  4. If eligible for returns, the User needs to courier the tool to the Company. The Company will review the Tool, determine the eligibility and if eligible refund the amount minus any restocking charges to the User. 

  5. Returns will be accepted in case of incorrect shipment.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Used, installed, soldered, powered, altered, or partially returned items will not be accepted. Incorrect part selection is not eligible for return.

5. Return Procedure

Customers must email support with order number, photos, and issue description. Written authorization is required before shipping returns.

6. Inspection & Final Decision

All returned items are subject to inspection. The company’s decision after inspection shall be final and binding.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the User. The Company will make effort to refund to the Orignal mode of payment but  cannot guarantee the same at all times. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Product-Specific Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product. If DOA for electronic items, the Company reserves the right to apply a refund on case to case basis and is subject to sufficient evidence from the User of proper usage and no misuse.
